Besides learning the basics of pouring mixing and shaking and types of liquors and ingredients, the real talent is putting all this together and delivering a seemingly perfect drink. It really isn’t that difficult. There are plenty of bartending schools that charge about $300 to $700 for classes. But for most people interested in bartending it’s usually not necessary. Many bartenders learn there trade by recipe books, bartending guides, and being around the bar and other bartenders. So for a great career or hobby, not to mention a great way to impress a girl or guy, take a look at bartending.
