Allergies can be mild, moderate or severe. For most people allergies are mild or moderate and can include red and watery eyes, stuffed or a runny nose, rashes, and itching. Severe allergy sufferers can experience trouble breathing, vomiting and dizziness.
The good news is that many allergies can be treated or prevented. For instance, if you are allergic to some foods you can abstain, if you are allergic to pollens, there are plenty of products that can help you still enjoy the outdoors with low or no symptoms.
