Procrastination can severely affect your grade and have an effect on your overall attitude about school. Here are some tips on reducing procrastination.

One of the ways to reduce procrastination is to have self discipline and a strict schedule. Make sure you try to plan out as much of your week as possible. The more you stick to your schedule, the less you will stray from it. People that make their schedules habit forming have much less incidents of procrastination. Even a simple To Do list can be helpful.

Another great way not to procrastinate is to make a list of goals and keep them on your person. If you create a list of goals and find yourself in a rut procrastinating, pull out your goals and read them one by one.
