Bloodhound
Whenever we think of reading more about something, we turn to the Internet to learn more about it. And that is why we have this report here.
Bloodhounds are a huge and beefy dog with a great nose and sense of smell. They are unique looking with wrinkled skin around the jowls and chin. They have deep brown eyes and are extremely gentle, kind and overall a great companion.
Bloodhounds come in many coat colors, but commonly are brown with a black mix. They usually weigh from about 70 to 110 pounds and are usually 20 to 24 inches in height. These dogs make great pets and love children. They are very affectionate and enjoy all the attention that they can get from owners, children and strangers.
They are easy to train, but can be independent and stubborn at times. They do not require harsh training and some bloodhounds may be prone to shyness or timidness. Bloodhounds are extremely strong and have a great deal of stamina. They love to search for scents and if they find a scent that interests them, they will follow their nose till the end of it. For this reason, they should always be on a leash. They require regular exercise, but apartment life is ok, since they are usually inactive in the home. A medium or large yard is perfect for them.
